IN THIS PROSPECTUS you will find everything you need to help you market your product or service. The following is a list of exhibitor information you need to know and where to find the important details.
1. ADVERTISING
Two ways to advertise! Reach attendees before and during the Convention in the October issue
of the NJEA Review (deadline August 31, 2009) and during and after the Convention in the Official NJEA
Exhibitor Directory (deadline September 18, 2009). For information on advertising in the NJEA Review,
please contact Eileen Lake (609-599-4561, ext. 2321, elake@njea.org).
2. APPLICATION INFORMATION
Complete the Application found on pages 8 & 9, sign, and return along
with your payment.
3. ASSIGNMENT OF SPACE
Space is assigned in the order in which completed applications (pages 8 & 9)
with payment, description of product/service/purpose, and authorized signature are received by category and
configuration of space needed.
4. BOOTH FEES
Further information about booths and what your fee will include can be found on pages 5 & 9.

5. ONLINE VIRTUAL BOOTH
NJEA's over 200,000 members can access your online virtual booth from the
NJEA website before the show until March 1, 2010. Online virtual booth includes contact information, product and
services category selections for search purposes, and a description of your company's product and service. *FREE
to all exhibitors.
6. CONVENTION SERVICES
Booth furniture rental and all other services will be available through VISTA
Convention Services. A complete confirmation and exhibitor services packet will be sent after acceptance of your
application.
7. EXHIBITOR BADGES
Exhibitors are entitled to up to six badges per exhibit booth. No person under 18
years of age shall be badged as an exhibitor. Exhibitor badges allow access to exhibit floor only.
8. EXHIBITOR DIRECTORY LISTING
Make sure attendees know you're here. Provide them with
information for future reference by getting your company name in the Official NJEA Exhibitor Directory! Be sure to
fill out the Free Directory Listing Information portion of the Application and mail it in by September 28, 2009.
9. EXHIBITOR HOUSING
Information will be sent with confirmations and will be available when ready at
www.njeaexhibits.com.
10. EXHIBITOR MANAGEMENT
D. Lawrence Planners, L.L.C. supports the NJEA by providing exhibition
management for the Convention, handling all your exhibitor needs. Please call our Exhibitor Hotline at
(609) 344-2747 for any assistance you may need coordinating your exhibit participation.
11. FLOOR PLAN
Floor layout and breakout of specialized areas. Use this plan to make your booth selection(s)
when filling out your Application. Every effort will be made to accommodate your request. Pages 5 & 6.

14. SPACE ASSIGNMENT DATE
Spaces will begin to be assigned no earlier than June 1, 2009. However,
assignments are still done on a first-come, first-served basis, so please submit your Application before this date to
have the best opportunity to receive your preferred space.
